Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our application. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Veltrix Pro app and any related services we provide. By using the app, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Accounts

Certain features of the app may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

When using the app, you agree NOT to:

Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers
Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or collect data from the app
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

Intellectual Property

The app and all of its content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software are the exclusive property of Veltrix Pro and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the app. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the app. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app may offer in-app purchases or subscription-based features. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment, refund, and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of the respective app store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Third-Party Services and Links

The app may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, advertisements, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

The app may display advertisements served by us or third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for any products or services offered through them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veltrix Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. You may be required to install updates to continue using the app. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such updates or modifications.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltrix Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the app or on our website, and the revision date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
